*I want to lose 25 more pounds by June 15th, which would be 50 pounds in one whole year. *I want to weigh under 200 pounds by the time I am 30 (that would be in October). MET *I want to love my body. *I don't have a final weight goal, but I would love to be able to fit into a size 8, which to some people is still huge. *I want to be able to jog without my calves screaming in pain in the first few minutes.
